Handstand, inversion & flexibility for 18+ year olds.
In this class we will teach exercises to develop core, flexibility and balance in order to over time get a strong foundation for handstand, headstand, elbow stand, splits and back bend and even walk overs.
Depending on what you want to focus on and your ability the class will be tailored to your needs and aims to reach your goals.
Of course the goals will only be reach with constant practice and repeats.
Handstand practice help to build upper body strength, booth your mood and regulate your metabolism. It help reduce stress and stimulate your lymphatic system as blood travels to your head.
With splits we can maintain healthy hip flexors, hip mobility and increase legs flexibility.
When training back bend we realize how much stress and anxiety we can release by stretching our spine.
By stretching back we also stretch our abdominal and internal organs which booth or energy and promote a sense of well being. We also improve our breathing and flush our kidneys.
Fun and challenging, you will get all the conditioning necessary to understand your body so that sessions after sessions you can achieve your goals with more ease and confidence.
Recommended attire for aerial classes:
Women: recommend to wear leggings/tights.
Men: tracksuit bottoms.
90 minutes including warm up and cool down
